In a world of fast food and fleeting trends, Trad Bone Broth invites you to slow down, savor, and enjoy the craft of well-considered soup. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in the area to drop by and experience firsthand the magic of bone broth that keeps patrons coming back for more.

What a gem! I heard of this spot by word of mouth. It's slightly on the pricier side but to be expected because it's bone broth. I got the kimchi broth and my partner got the kettle one (I forget exactly what it's called). The kimchi one had a nice authentic kimchi flavor. But to my surprise I enjoyed the kettle one more - it had a nice kick to it and was spicier than I thought (in a good way!) so just a heads up for those who have a lower spice tolerance. It's a nice treat especially on a cold day. Will be back to try the other flavors!

I had such a great experience at Trad Bone Broth! The chai bone broth was absolutely delicious--warm, flavorful, and so unique. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick stop. Alex, one of the employees, was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations, which made the visit even more enjoyable. This charming little spot in Noe Valley, right next to Pressed Juicery, is a must-visit. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

The best little treat. I've been going here since it opened and LOVE making my way over to Noe just for it. I've tried almost all of the flavors and my favorite is the keto fire (with less spice). It's so creamy & filling. My second favorite is beauty broth when I'm wanting something more simple. I hope they open up more locations!

Perfect for any occasion, but especially for a cold day! It's a small to-go space, but very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful as this was our first time visiting and I've always wanted to try a bone broth shop. We were told the different options and given a sample to try. To Seoul broth was very simple, subtle while the European broth was stronger in beef flavor. My favorite was the kimchi broth - had more of a kick to it!

OH MY GOSH this was sooo delicious. 10/10. I am coming back. I'd come back everyday if I could!! I loved how we could sample the bone broth before trying. The branding is really well done, and the interior of the shop has a homey-chill vibe that feels welcoming. It was quite chilly outside but after tasting the broth, it warmed us right up. I definitely recommend trying Trad Bone Broth if you're in the area. It's like purest form of broth from well considered soups. The service was also quick and easy. Definitely coming back!

Wow!! This spot blew me away!! The chai broth was 100/10. I'm very picky about my drinks but this one was so creamy and flavorful. The soup was delicious! It was hearty and filling. There's not much room to sit and enjoy your meal in store so I did take the soup to go. One of the owners took my order and he was so kind. He shared his favorite recommendations since it was my first time. I can't wait to come back for my next visit!

This is a such a smart idea! A friend told me she goes here every time she feels under the weather, and I see why. The shop offers a collection of drinks made of bone broth with different goals and benefits. I decided to start with the immunity drink, and it was delicious and warm. An ideal sip for a colder SF day. While waiting for our drinks, I mentioned their matcha and they immediately offered us a few samples of it. Would definitely come here again!

The first time I noticed Trad Bone Broth I was driving slowly past and it sparked this thought: how're they gonna pay the rent by selling bone broth? Thirty minutes later I walked by and noticed that they were celebrating their anniversary with music, streetside high-top tables, and a choice of cold drinks made to order free of charge. What do I know? They appeared to be thriving. As I stood waiting for my Iced Chocolate Sea Salt drink to be made others came in. They weren't just getting a free cold drink but ordering and paying for other liquids on the menu. I started to pay more attention to the menu with a different thought than I'd had earlier: "I wonder what (menu item) tastes like". My Iced Chocolate Sea Salt drink was handed to me but not before I learned that it, too, was made from bone broth. I walked down the street before taking a taste. Truly delicious, and different from what you'd get at Starbucks. If I had to put a word to it I'd say it tastes like protein, but in a really good way. And now I'm thinking this: "Why don't we have this place in Marin?" I liked my introduction to Trad Bone Broth and they sparked in me a desire to sample more of the menu. I think they're working some sort of bone broth magic and they've left me both curious and interested which isn't easy to do.

Was walking around after my optometrist appt and came across Trad Bone Broth. My first reaction was surprise at seeing what seemed to be such a niche specialty store and also curiosity that people really go to a little shop to buy bone broth. (And also that Noe Valley sure is fancy haha.) I was wondering if it was just to buy some broth to cook with later (which maybe yes could be done because you can buy a quart) but surprisingly it seemed to focus more on broth to drink right then. There are sipping broths and there are signature drinks which use the broths as a base (and not all of the drinks are savory!). The weather was cold and rainy so a warm broth also seemed fitting. I considered the immunity broth in the signature drinks (chicken broth, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, garlic, ginseng) especially since I've been feeling a little sick but I was really curious to try the Seoul broth which is a creamy white broth made from beef bones in the traditional Korean style. While I was there, they let me have a sample of matcha broth (interesting) and the immunity broth which they said is their top seller (and it was delicious, I almost regretted not ordering that after all). They lightly salted my Seoul broth and pointed out where I could get more salt if I wanted to add more (I did not, the level was perfect). The broth was so comforting and tasty. I'm glad I tried it! I may get myself another cup when I'm in the area again to pick up my new glasses!
